Am I eligible for the beta? If you have an iPhone (iOS 18+) or an Android phone (Android 14+), and you’re ok with testing a work-in-progress, you’re eligible! If you’re on iOS, you’ll need to download the TestFlight app, Apple’s beta testing product, to be able to get CookShelf.
Do I have to pay? During beta, CookShelf is free for everyone. After beta, you’ll need to switch to a Premium membership to continue using CookShelf.
What if I already use Eat Your Books? CookShelf is included in all Eat Your Books Premium memberships — even when beta is over. Just make sure to sign up with the same email and password you use on eatyourbooks.com. If you also use Eat Your Books with a free account, any books on your Shelf over the 5 book limit on Eat Your Books will be removed at the end of the beta period if you choose not to upgrade.
How do I give feedback? We want your input! This helps us keep improving the app and make sure we’re building what you need. Use the feedback option in the app's settings menu to report bugs or issues, or email us at feedback@cookshelf.app.
